Just as vehicles need oil changes and bodies need physicals, the Commission Diagnostics is a low cost, high-level ‘check-up’ of the Comp Plan and fundamental metrics to identify any potential issues with the commission structure. Diagnostics includes both:

  • Plan Review – identify any exposure for conflict, loss, or litigation
  • Performance Review – identify effectiveness and potential gaps between Plan Performance, Route to Market, and Financial Targets
